Corporate affairs leadership coaching
Birchwood Knight have partnered with leadership coach and mentor, Maxine Taylor, to support recently appointed corporate affairs directors and other senior communications leaders both when they start their new roles and when they would appreciate support within them. Everyone placed by Birchwood Knight will have the opportunity to meet with Maxine and see how she can support them as they prepare and settle into their new role, or to discuss progress within their current role.
Maxine’s career includes leading the corporate affairs function as an executive committee member at King’s College London, Nationwide, Eli Lilly (UK), British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK.
Maxine is a graduate of Meyler Campbell, the leading executive coach training and leadership development community, which is accredited by the Association for Coaching. Outcome-focused, Maxine has an empathetic, driven and motivating approach, which she has put to good use over the last eight years with clients including BT, Primark and Virgin Media O2.
