Change the Race Ratio
It was great to join the CBI Diversity and Inclusion conference this week and hear from a raft of inspiring business leaders about how they are tackling the challenge of creating inclusive workplaces.
We are proud to be an early signatory of Change the Race Ratio, a campaign that has been brought to life by a group of senior leaders committed to taking action to increase racial and ethnic participation in their businesses. We want to take action and help accelerate inclusion and diversity across the entire business community. Doing this will be a huge step towards a more diverse and inclusive business community – and ultimately, a more equitable society. Here are the four key commitments to change:
